From the stability of Greek production to the fluidity of international innovation networks

On Wednesday, November 8, 2017, a lecture will take place within the framework of the postgraduate programs "New Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Development" and "Investments and Regional Development". The speaker will be Mr. Varelis Angelos, Pratt & Whitney's Engineering Manager on "From the stability of Greek production to the fluidity of international innovation networks". The seminar will take place at Room A1, at the Department of Economic Sciences (October 28, 78), at 7.00 pm and is open to the public.

The seminar program covers the topics of "Managing Change" and "Investing and Development". The aim is to raise change management concerns at various levels: mentality, leadership and experience development, reorganization, pivot change, changing the competitive landscape, transforming the business environment, changing the roles of actors, and so on, while also covering the fields of investment and development and, at the same time, seeking to integrate development planning anf the knowledge of attracting and capitalizing on investment. The seminar program is organized by the Departments of Planning, Regional Planning and Regional Development, Economics and Mechanical Engineering of the University of Thessaly.
